DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} On March 13, 2006, appellant, Cathlene L. Perkins, entered a plea of no contest, pursuant to a plea agreement, to an amended charge of physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, a violation of R.C. 4511.194 and a misdemeanor of the first degree. The trial court accepted appellant's plea and entered a conviction on the charge.
