Plaintiffs appeal from judgments of the Somerset County Board of Taxation which affirmed 1980 tax assessments made by Bernards Township on three of plaintiffs’ lots.
This matter is a companion case to the appeal of Lorenc v. Bernards Tp., 5 N.J.Tax 39, concerning an adjacent parcel, wherein the parties are respectively represented by the same counsel. These two cases were not consolidated for trial; however, by reason of their close physical proximity and the similar questions of law involved, it was stipulated and approved by the court that these cases be tried consecutively and…
