Anna Leavitt has sued Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (“Wal-Mart”). She makes three claims: discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.; discrimination under the Maine Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), 5 M.R.S.A. § 4551, et seq.; and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
