From late November 2007 through mid-March 2008, Worldwide Language Resources, Inc. (Worldwide) employed Lt. John Berry as a subcontractor in Afghanistan to support linguists, analysts and sereeners, and to serve as a liaison among these individuals, Worldwide, and the United States Government. Lt.
