Official Referee. This is an action to foreclose a mortgage affecting premises known as 102 West 80th Street, New York City. Plaintiffs claim that the defendant mortgagor has failed to comply with a provision in a mortgage extension agreement which required that all violations against the premises be complied with and removed within three months after they had been filed by the appropriate authorities.
