The appeal here made is from a conviction. for drunken driving. *

A police officer, in the early hours of the morning, observed a pick-up truck being driven in an erratic manner, weaving back and forth across the road. The ear was stopped with some difficulty, the driver disregarding the red light and siren employed by the first officer attempting to stop him. Help having been obtained from other officers, the car was finally brought under control.
