Petitioner, Labor Ready Northwest, Inc., seeks judicial review of an amended final order of the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) that determined that petitioner had violated prevailing wage laws and placed petitioner on the list of those ineligible to receive contracts or subcontracts for public works for a one-year period.1 Former ORS 279.361(1) (2001), repealed by Or Laws 2003, ch 794, § 332.
