North Shaker Boulevard Co. v. Harriman Natl. Bank

This cause comes into this court by proceedings in error from the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county, and in it is sought to reverse the judgment of the court below, which held in favor of the Harriman National Bank of the city of New York, trustee, as against numerous lienholders, and the question of the validity and priority of a mortgage is determinative of the issues on review.
