Defendant-appellant/cross-appellee Spirit Fabricating, Ltd. appeals from a jury verdict and judgment finding it liable for plaintiff-appellee/cross-appellant Christine Wells’s injuries resulting from a rear-end collision in which defendant’s employee failed to maintain the assured clear distance.
