delivered, the opinion of the Court.
This is an ejectment bill to establish title to a tract of land comprising about thirty acres, and also to recover the value of the timber cut therefrom by the defendants.
The chancellor adjudged title to the land in controversy to be in complainants, and pronounced a decree iu their favor and against the defendants, for the value of the timber cut, for the sum of $458.64.
