Paramount Lithographic Plate Service, Inc. and John J. Seader and Paul V. Cusick, individually and as co-partners trading as Craftsmen Service Lithographers1, brought an action in assumpsit against Hughes Printing Company of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania for violation of a requirements contract entered into by plaintiff corporation and defendant on October 20, 1967. Defendant Hughes was a subsidiary of Printing Corp. of America (PCA).
