The limited issue before the Court is how “projected disposable income” for purposes of confirming a chapter 13 plan is to be calculated for above-median income debtors under the provisions enacted by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPC-PA”).
