KENT, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment of Defendants Lamar University System, the Board of Regents, and George McLaughlin, Ted Moor, Amelie Cobb, C.W. Conn, Lanny Haynes, Mike Ramsey, Wayne Reaud, Madaline Kaye Savoy, and Ron Steinhart, in their official capacity. The Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment seeks the dismissal of some of the Plaintiffs claims primarily on the ground that sovereign immunity bars any suit against these Defendants.
