MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DENYING MOTION TO AMEND AND GRANTING MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This is an employment compensation putative class action “aris[ing, in Plaintiffs’ view] out of [Hewlett-Packard’s (“HP”)] acknowledged failures over the past several years to record timely and accurately the sales of its equipment and services; and to calculate properly, and pay timely, the commissions and bonuses ... owed to HP’s sales representatives.... ” Third Am.
