¶ 1. Scott Jensen appeals a judgment based on a jury's verdict convicting him of three counts of felony Misconduct in Public Office contrary to Wis. Stat. § 946.12(3) (2005-06), 1 and one count of Intentional Misuse of Public Position for Private Gain as a Party to the Crime, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.45(2) and 939.05. 2 Jensen contends that the trial court submitted an erroneous jury instruction and prevented him from presenting a complete defense by excluding portions of his and his defense witnesses' testimonies.
