LANCE, Judge:
The appellant, Dwayne A. Moore, appeals through counsel an August 16, 2004, *213decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that denied a disability rating for atypical affective disorder greater than 10% from September 16, 1992, to January 26, 1997; denied a disability rating greater than 30% from January 27, 1997, to August 7, 2002; and denied a disability rating greater than 50% since August 8, 2002. Record (R.) at 1-25. For the reasons that follow, the Court will affirm the August 2004 Board decision.
