Appellant was charged with the crime of arson by the grand jury of Jennings county. The indictment is in four counts. On the first trial, the appellant was found guilty on the second count of the indictment. A new trial was granted by the court. On the second trial, appellant was again found guilty on the second count of the same indictment. The court rendered judgment on the verdict of the jury and sentenced appellant to the Woman’s Prison.
