Appellant was charged by affidavit in the court below with the crime of grand larceny. After plea, he was tried by jury, found guilty, and sentenced as provided by statute. The affidavit charged the appellant with stealing an oil drum containing 53 gallons of motor oil, “the personal goods and chattels of Tecumseh Coal Corporation,” and of the value of $37.00.
