In this case involving a maritime contract, we review the appellant’s claim that the district court erred when it found appellant’s claim time barred. Appellant argues that the district court erred in holding that the Carmack Amendment, and its two-year statute of limitations, was inapplicable to this case. We also review the district court’s denial of summary judgment in two cross-claims brought by one appellee against the other appellee.
