This is an action to quiet title to certain long strips of land 10 feet wide adjoining the two sides of the 40-foot right of way of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company, hereinafter called the Santa Fe. The strips of land are in Albany, Alameda County, and are bisected by Main Street where it crosses the railroad track, thus making the strips of land into four separate parcels, each parcel being the subject of a separate cause of action in the complaint. The plaintiff obtained judgment quieting his title to the three parcels of land described in the first three of the four causes…
