MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Dr. Jerome S. Paige is Plaintiffs’ expert on economic loss. Over a defense objection, the Court previously permitted him to submit amended reports, even though they constituted his third and fourth reports on the same topic. On July 8, 2015, after a discussion of this issue at a status hearing, the Court issued a Minute Order that, inter alia, precluded Paige from issuing any further reports beyond those four.
