HUDOCK, Judge:

Following a nonjury trial, Appellant was found guilty of four counts of possession of a controlled substance with *110intent to deliver.1 Timely filed post-trial motions were denied. Appellant’s original sentence of 8 to 20 years imprisonment was reduced to an aggregate term of 7 years in response to his motion to modify sentence. Appellant was also ordered to pay: (1) the costs of prosecution; (2) the sum of $1,750 as restitution for the money advanced for undercover police activities in connection with these cases; and (3) a fine of $2,000.
