1Opinion of the CourtLumpkin, J.

A person took out temporary letters of administration on tlie estate of a deceased woman, and on tbe same day applied for permanent letters. A caveat was filed by one who claimed to be an heir and to have been selected by a majority of the heirs to administer the estate. The caveator was appointed. The temporary administrator then filed a petition to be allowed compensation, alleging, that when the intestate died it was not known that she had any relatives; that she left a- house and lot and a small amount of money and personalty; and that he had performed unusual and extraordinary services.…
