This is a breach of contract case about the performance by two parties to a service agreement. Plaintiff IGE started a business to allow consumers to purchase and use “stored value cards” at automated teller machines and retail locations. Pursuant to a service agreement (the “Agreement”), dated August 16, 2001, IGE contracted with Western Union to allow people who purchased its stored value cards to send money to an IGE bank account.
