MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WARREN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs filed this action on August 22, 1977 seeking a preliminary and permanent injunction against the defendant, Green Bay and Western Railroad Company (GB&W). Plaintiffs want an order permitting any plaintiff or his designee to inspect and copy the current list of GB&W shareholders.
An evidentiary hearing on the preliminary injunction was held August 29, 1977. At that time, the parties agreed that a trial on the merits be consolidated with the hearing on the application for preliminary injunction, pursuant to Rule 65(a)(2) of the Federal Rules…
