OPINION

POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

This appeal is from a directed verdict for respondent on appellants’ farm operations loan default and an order denying a new trial. Appellants claim the trial court erred in (1) dismissing appellants’ state common law actions based on non-compliance with the federal Farm Credit Act, and (2) ruling as irrelevant evidence regarding respondent’s lack of good faith in administering the loan. We affirm.
