Before the court is defendant’s motion for reconsideration (Doc. 48) of the court’s memorandum and order denying defendant’s motion to dismiss.
Background
Plaintiffs initiated the instant dispute on March 25, 2008 by filing a lawsuit in the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. (See Amended Complaint (hereinafter “Complt.”) (Doc. 17)). Plaintiffs are residents of Pennsylvania and Defendant is a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business in Houston, Texas.
