The record in this case discloses that on February 4, 1907 Walter R. Campbell died intestate in Henryetta, Okmulgee county, Okla., survived by his wife, Bella, and his son and only child, Walter Randall, a minor, about two .years of age, leaving an estate consisting of a residence, being the family home, on lots 5 and 6 in block 25 of the city of Henry-etta, a stock of merchandise valued at $4,-383.10, and cash in the bank of 1,534.87. and debts on the stock of goods in the sum of $500.
