MEMORANDUM OPINION
FACCIOLA, United States Magistrate Judge.
This case was referred to me for the resolution of discovery disputes. Currently *44pending before me is Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Defendant Starwood’s Designated Representative to Answer Questions Posed at Deposition. For the reasons stated herein, plaintiffs motion will be granted.
I. BACKGROUND
