Plaintiff as administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Frankowicz, deceased, brought suit against the Crescent Paper Box Manufacturing Company and the surviving executor and trustee of the estate of Kaspar Gr. Schmidt, deceased, to recover damages on account of the wrongful death of the deceased. At the close of plaintiff’s ease there was a directed verdict in favor of the defendant, Crescent Paper Box Manufacturing Company.
