Appellant brought this suit against the Chicago City Railway Company, the Calumet and South Chicago Railway Company and the Flailimond, Whiting and East Chicago Railway Company, appellees, to recover damages for personal injuries received by him November 13, 1913, in a collision of a street railway car and an automobile truck.
