This is a post-award protest of a contract to perform internet and intranet services for the Depai’tment of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), Office of Public and Indian Housing (“PIH”), issued pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. § 637(a). The contract, (No. C-DEN-02418), was awarded to Ideogenics, LLC (“Ideogenics”) on September 29, 2009, and called for payment of $973,302.00 for the first year of services.
