Before this Court are: (1) Debtor-plaintiff Decalcomania Manufacturing Corporation’s Verified Complaint for judgment avoiding the transfer of property as a fraudulent conveyance and vesting possession and title in the subject property in the debtor, and (2) defendant City of Camden’s Motion to Dismiss the adversary proceeding. The following constitutes this Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law.
