PROCEDURAL HISTORY AND FACTS
This matter comes before the court as a motion to reconsider an opinion of this Court avoiding judicial liens against the real property of Richard G. Christie and Claudia Christie (sometimes cumulatively, the “Debtors”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1).
