OPINION

INTRODUCTION

The present matters come before the Court upon the Motion filed by the debtor, Joseph Burkhardt on November 26, 1997 seeking an Order of this Court compelling the New Jersey Division Of Motor Vehicles (“DMV”) or “any other appropriate entity” to restore the debtor’s driving privileges (“Motion to Compel Restoration”) and upon the proposed confirmation of debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan.
