First Hartford Corporation (“FHC”), the plaintiff and debtor in possession, commenced an adversary proceeding against E.Y. Neill & Company (“E.Y. Neill”) seeking damages caused by the claimed late delivery of allegedly unmerchantable fine super Australian scoured lamb’s wool.
