Plaintiff Paycom Billing Services, Inc. (“Paycom”) has filed a federal claim under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq. against Defendant AmTrade International Bank, d/b/a Am-Trade International Merchant Services (“AmTrade”), and eight state law claims against Defendant AmTrade and Defendant Payment Resources, Inc.
