This action was instituted in the district court of Oklahoma county by Urgie Ammann, nee Smith, and Glen Smith, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, wherein it was sought to recover possession of and quiet title to an undivided two-thirds’ interest in certain real property located in Oklahoma county. H. Ar. Foster and numerous other persons, firms, and corporations who owned various interests in and to the lands involved were made parties defendant.
