Sandra L. Roman (Claimant) petitions for review of a determination of the De partment of Corrections (DOC) denying her request for a hearing regarding her entitlement to Act 632 benefits. 1 We affirm.

While Claimant was working for DOC in 1989, she sustained a back injury during an altercation with an inmate. Claimant had spinal fusion surgery performed to treat this injury and returned to work.
