RICE, District Judge.
Plaintiff Albert A. Moon has brought this suit under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and seeks declaratory, injunctive, and monetary relief from the Defendants, Aeronca, Inc. (Aeronea), and Local Lodge 2535 of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (the “union”). Three motions are currently pending before this Court, to wit:
