These companion proceedings were brought by William H. Johnson, injured longshoreman, and Julia T. Klosek, widow of Joseph J. Klosek, deceased longshoreman, pursuant to the provisions of the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq. (the Longshoremen’s Act) to review and set aside, as not in accordance with law, compensation orders filed by John P.
