This proceeding on separate writs of error is a sequel to our opinion in Weber v. Williams, 137 Colo. 269, 324 P. (2d) 365, and involves the same and some additional parties and relates to their respective interests in certain real property known as Sun Valley Ranch, in Grand County, Colorado. Separate suits were involved in the prior action, one to foreclose a trust deed, the other to quiet title.
