In an information filed by the District Attorney of Los Angeles County, defendant was accused in count I of a violation of section 115 of the Penal Code (offering false or forged instruments to be filed of record); in count II with the crime of forgery, and in count III of a violation of section 132 of the Penal Code (offering false evidence).
