These are two actions brought in March 1953 by the plaintiff, Deering, Milliken & Co., Inc., against the defendants, Temp-Resisto Corporation and Samuel Kaplan & Sons, Inc., praying for an injunction and an award of damages with reference to two patents. The first action relates to plaintiff’s Patent No. 2,630,620 for a coated fabric. The second relates to Patent No. 2,630,573 for a heat retaining garment.
