COLEMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Harris County, Texas, adjudging appellant a delinquent child. The question involved is whether marijuana found on the person of appellant was properly admitted into evidence.

The appeal is before us on an agreed statement of facts. On February 6, 1968, at approximately 2:45 a. m., an automobile being driven without lights on a public street in Houston, Texas, was observed by a member of the Houston Police Department.
