1Per curiam
This action was commenced by the plaintiff to recover on an insurance policy issued by the defendant for the benefit of the plaintiff, who was one of the employees of the city of Ponca City. At the time of the accident plaintiff was a policeman on the police force of said city, and while so employed suffered a sunstroke and as a result is totally and permanently disabled.
