This non-dispositive matter is before the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A) on the Plaintiff LifeNet, Inc.’s (“LifeNet”) Motion to Compel Production of Opinions of Counsel and Related Materials, and memorandum in support thereof (docket entry nos. 77 & 78.) 1 The relevant issues have been extensively briefed.
