HUG, Circuit Judge.
Phelps, who was found not guilty of various criminal offenses only by reason of insanity, was conditionally released with specific conditions to be monitored by the probation office. Phelps contends that the release proceedings did not comply with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 4243(f), that the conditions imposed on his release were in excess of those authorized by the statute, and that his release should have been unconditional.
