Appellant-Plaintiff PrimeCare Home Health ("PrimeCare") brings an interlocutory appeal pursuant to Indiana Appellate Rule 14(A)(5), challenging the denial of its Emergency Motion for Preliminary In junction against Appellees-Defendants Angels of Mercy Home Health Care, LL.C. d/b/a Angels of Mercy Health Agency ("Angels of Mercy"), Carol Carter ("Carter") and Deanna Murray ("Murray"), (collectively, "the Defendants").
