The above action has been submitted to the court upon the pleadings and certain stipulated facts.

From said pleadings and stipulation, the following material facts appear: The complainant is a corporation organized under and by virtue of the laws of the state of South Dakota, and is doing business at the city of Sioux Falls, in said state. It is engaged in the business of a wholesaler and jobber in groceries, fruits, cured meats, and other commodities, generally dealt in by wholesale jobbers and retail grocers.
